On a hot 30 degree Wed! Looks like a Blazing Summer on its way!!

Look what the hot 32 degrees has brought out!! Long time no see! It's the Hakka Moi Pat ! How pallie is she with Maggie! Very good Doncaster Badminton buddies if I'm not mistaken! Just wait till they get into the court! There won't be any hands over shoulders stuff when they cross the red line in court.....rather just hard hitting, no quarters given stuff, ladies or not, trying to beat each other up! Pat has improved leaps & bounds!!. You know she & her partner won 15-love in a game!!. Not sure if it's just a rumour!! Could be true!! Even Elaine is afraid of her!! Imagine that!! That's why she's sitting so far away from Pat! From left to right : Elaine, Coleman, Pat, Maggie & Pat's sister in law. Young Chong is at the bottom.















And what have we here!! Featured the first time is our Man From Guangchau , Michael!! I think he must be a part-time Iron Chef who flies off for some weeks...does his thing...then returns to give us curry or chup swee..whichever you prefer!! I believe he is in the restaurant business. Don't forget to drop into for some nice chow when in China! Real nice guy but be wary of him on the court! He's a killer!! His mates, Steven, Fan & Raymond are not here with him today so he's not as dangerous! Andy looks a bit concerned but Michael has his arm over Andy's shoulder and tells him not to worry. Iron Man is here!! He'll partner him & take on anyone. No Fear!!














Then behind comes the smiling ex-Singaporean-Malaysian, Allan. Ah! Too hard to explain here!. Just ask him to explain where he's from, when you see him next. Simon's got his Eyes Wide Shut...this time..Oops! I meant "Open"! I was thinking of Tom Cruise's movie!. The previous shot had Simon sleeping(not shown)... which wasn't good as he & Allan were about to take on Iron Man below.! By the way do you realise that photos taken recently are a huge improvement over earlier ones!! Maybe the guys & girls are getting more photogenic & doing make-ups before badminton? Guys are looking so handsome & girls , beautiful!!














Ah!! The famous "finger" sign!! One of B. William's favourite habbits! But these ladies mean well & unlike B. William who tends to be lazy , just using one middle finger all the time! Our first shot of south paw Ah Fun sitting at the left back. She's really aggressive! Even our "See Foo" William is scared of her smashes!! Most of the ladies, even some of the men, are no match for her!! And who's the hunk sitting smack right in front below?



















Yes!! Here we go again! Lunch time!! Doesn't matter if you lost all your games...take a look at the dishes they ordered at Lucky Yu's!! Did you know,, even as I was loading the pics of the dishes ordered here(see below this pic) I was salivating just looking!! From left to right : Pat, her sis in law, Coleman, Lena, KK, Andy, May & Michael. Patrick the boss is behind the counter as usual!














Just look at that!! Lovely Flied Lice!! Yummy!! Lena'll really enjoy this!














And Fish Ball rice noodle soup!! Not bad but..you know what? I have often been asked by Aussie friends on many occasions "What sort of gaint fish would have balls that big?" I always have difficulty expaining! Your's truly ordered this.














Ngau Lam fan!! Look at the gravy & meat!! Doesn't it look delicious!! Coleman always goes for the best looking dish! This is just his entree dish!! Ha ha just joking! On second thoughts..maybe not a joke after all!














And Won Tun noodle soup!! Just Won..derful! Who else but Elaine ordered this! She's a Won-Tun girl!














Fish Head Curry noodle!! Phew!! On such a warm day too. Luckily Lucky Yu has aircon. Andy, May, Pat & Michael had this.














Last of all someone ordered Ngau Lam Low Meen!! It was so good we couldn't finish it! Really looks good! Pat & her sis in law ordered this dish!














And blown if I know what the Special Menu below says!! But someone said it's a great list of yummy dishes!! Who knows!! I would like to warn you though that prices just went up today!! What the heck!! Most of us had to pay an additional AUD for our lunch today! I'm not sure if I should be promoting this restaurant when it just decides to up prices the day I feature their food!! Are we that lucky after all at Lucky Yu? Good luck to those eating there!!
